Force Tech ensures compliance with all Applicable Laws, Regulations, Statues, Rules, Government Notifications etc. applicable on the Security Services (and / or towards the Security Guards) including compliances under the Labour Laws, such as, but without limitation to:

  • - Minimum Wages Act, 1948,
  • - The Payment of Bonus Act, 1965,
  • - The Employees Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952,
  • - The Employees State Insurance Act, 1948,
  • - Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970,
  • - The Payment of Gratuity Act,
  • - The Private Security Agencies (Regulations) Act, 2005,
  • - Other Labour Welfare Laws as applicable in the respective States and any amendment, replacement re-enactments thereto.
